series of packaging conveyor products & services, including the layout design of the whole line and the

number of proprietary technologies to achieve pressure-free conveying. Key components like chains and gear

motors etc. are from world famous brands. The advantages of modular design, simple installation, easy

maintenance and intelligent control make our conveyors more flexible and reliable.

Bottle Conveyor System

All chains of Lehui conveyors are from SystemPlast or Regina etc., it is applicable for glass bottle,

plastic bottle and can containers.

The side plate of conveyor is made of SUS304 foil plate, with 2.5mm thickness and 200mm width.

The support guiderail of conveyor chain is made of 2.5mm thickness C type bar to ensure a stable conveying.

The surface pad strip which contacts with chain is made of UHMW-PE, making it more rugged and resistant.

The guardrail support rod is made of Φ16mm round steel to ensure enough intensity.

The guardrail holder adopts M-type support, available for height adjustment according to bottle type.

The guardrail is made of UHMW-PE, avoiding from scratches on bottles and cans. The inside liner is made of

SS304 M bar, which is stubborn and resistant.

Half structure of transmission chain wheel makes it easy for replacement; The return roller is made of HDPE

and the plastic chain is made of encapsulated roller in order to reduce noise and wear.

The leg is made of 50*50mm SS304 square tube with simple structure, which is stable and strong. The foot

plate is made of ABS with screw bolt for conveyor height adjustment.

The water tray is made of 1.5mm thick SS304, with SS support mounted under bottle conveyor, available for

height adjustment. Water trays are lapping one by one, equiped with collecting tank to drain the waste

water.

Transmission device: Gear motors supplied by SEW or NORD etc. are applied on our conveyors. They are

mounted on conveyor side which makes them easy to install and uninstall.Also these gear motors are with

simple structures and compact design, high transmission efficiency, excellent stability and moisture

resistant performances.

The bearings are supplied from SystemPlast or Rexnord MCC etc. with bearing cover outside.

Dustcover: conveyors for empty bottles or cans are equipped with roof type dust covers made from 1.5mm

thickness SS304 plate. Detachable nylon curtains are adopted for convenient usage.

Mechanical parts of crate conveyor system

In order to meet various packaging demand of customers, Lehui has launched brand-new crate conveyor system

which can apply different conveying plans for different products. The advantages of Less floor space, s

simple structure can meet flexible production needs, we provide latest crate conveyor system solution for

customers.

The rack of crate conveyor is fully made of SS304 and applicable for conveying of plastic crates, cartons,

foil packs. The side plate is made of SUS304 plate, with 2.5mm thickness and 200mm width.

The barrel of roller conveyor is made of Φ50*2mm SS304 pipe and the pitch between rollers is 76mm.

The chain wheel of roller is made of hardened and black coated carbon steel which makes it strong and

durable.

The legs of crate conveyor are made from 50*50mm SS304 square tubes, with simple structure and stable

performance. The foot plates are made of ABS with screw bolts for height adjustment.

The upper and lower slope conveyor belts adopt rubber-coating chain net or rubber belt. SystemPlast or

Regina etc. are usually adopted for rubber-coating chain net while the rubber belt is made of 5mm thick

good quality domestic brand.

Electrical control system

User-friendly HMI with Siemens smart panel.

Frequency converter drive is supplied by Danfoss.

Standard Ethernet port and Profinet interface.

Function of remote maintenance and diagnosis.

Conveyor shall standby when there are no bottles (cans) and active otherwise. Energy saving is considered

for every link.

The line efficiency can be guaranteed as the whole line bottle flow is precisely controlled.
