● Optimize the beer quality: guarantee minimum DMS content in the cast wort which can be lower than 10PPb.

● Saving energy and reducing energy consumption: after vacuum flash evaporation, the wort temperature lows down from 98℃ to 85℃, thus it will reduce the cooling consumption distinctly after cooling stage. This technology is well than others in energy saving.

● As parallel connection system of the original system, it suit the old factory rebuilding, which means we can rebuild them without stopping the production.
